My only minor critique would be the lack of a waiting area with refreshments; after a long day of car shopping, a coffee would have been nice! I just purchased my new car, and I’m absolutely thrilled! The team was incredibly helpful and made the whole process enjoyable. I loved the variety of vehicles they had available. However, I wish they'd have a more organized display for paperwork; it was a bit chaotic. Still, I left with my dream car, and that’s what matters most!
